I just bought a complete parts kit for both an lower and upper AK for less than $600 from PSA

I just realized that if you buy the blem receiver kit ($379) and the basic furniture kit ($99), you have a sub-$500 ($478) AK. That's cool. I may buy another.

If you want an AK that you know is made the way you want it, that's one thing. But if you just want to shoot 7.62x39, I highly recommend someone look for a VZ-2008 around that price.

PSA has their blem AK receiver and parts on sale for $359 with free shipping this weekend.

I should just go ahead and sign over my paycheck to them and change my handle to "PSA Groupie 47"
