I see quite a few of what the OP is looking for on SA Craigslist.

What county you in?

I build furniture, barn doors, cabinets, etc and would build you a blind in exchange to hunt the land. I have a 9 yo (will be 10yo in the fall) that has been in the blind with me for a couple of years and ready to shoot his own. I love to hunt but do not own any land.

Blind would be elevated 3 feet to get it off the ground, shooting openings on 3 sides, slanted roof, painted to your choice.
