I'm very particular about stickers on my truck, but what other people put on theirs is their business as far as I'm concerned. I have an Association sticker in the back window and one of those chrome A&M logos on my tailgate. That's enough for me.

so it's ok to drive a King Ranch with the name and brand displayed all over it but it's not ok to have a Yeti sticker....got it, good to know

It's a fad that makes people feel good about themselves.

Pretty soon Chinese "engineers" will mass produce something similar and it will cost a fraction of the real thing. Example: Nike, apple, and just about every other "cool" product with a following.

I'm not taking away from the performance of the product--I'm sure it works great. But we are definately a consumer driven society when folks sport stickers and hats for a damn beer cooler.

A Yeti is not a status symbol unless you have "Status" type stickers on it.

AC-DC...Dead Head...Tarpon Ice House...Mountain Khakis.....Guns & Coffee for example are great starters.

Higher status can be achieved with say Chillicotte COOP...Desert Anglers...High Mountain Drifters...Tequila's...Q Creek...

Supreme status Yeti's as a minimum must have a Monkey Butt Coffee sticker.

The OB seems to have a problem with this.

Of course they are. Isnt it nothing more than a fiberglass shell crammed full of foam? How hard could it be to make? Id be seriously shocked if I couldnt meet or beat the performance of a yeti using plywood, "great stuff" foam, and some weather stripping. The key is that Yeti sells a good product I don't have to make.

No stickers on my truck, but whenever I get around to washing my truck I'm going to put this sticker on:

Don't own a Yeti, never will. And it's not out of principle or anything, it's just that my igloo works just fine.

That said, some of you guys are worse than women. What's "douchier"...having a few YETI stickers on your truck or honestly caring so GD much that somebody else does it genuinely riles you up??
