Bought a cheap ASUS computer with Windows 11 to install a specific app/driver. However, when I try I get an error saying the system is preventing it.

There is supposed to be an option in settings that allow you to choose where you can download apps from, but the option is not showing up for me even though I am setup as an administrator.

Anyone else have any similar issues with Windows 11?

MS seems to be down everywhere today. Xbox servers are offline so it might be related to that.
