This. We use a proxy attorney for FOIA and Texas PIA requests in instances where we do not want it know we are the ones requesting the information. I do not see why you could not do the same here.

Again, an issue arises with anonymity when the investigating party needs specific information that may lead to the anonymous source, and the ones doing the investigation represent the company and not the employee.

One of my concerns is that this company is privately owned by a foreign business man. Do the rules still apply? It's no secret he reported him the last time.

Just my opinion, if you're this paranoid about it, I would post less specifics on Texags and speak with an attorney about it.
