I recently bought an Echo link. I can get it to stream music through the Alexa app on my phone, but if I go directly to the Amazon music app or Pandora, I can't get it to work.

When I try to connect to a device through the Amazon music app, it can see my Echo Link:





But when I try to connect to it, it won't connect to it. I keep getting this error message:




When I try to connect to a device on my Pandora app, it doesn't even show up:







Halp.

Is it your router.

Have you turned it off and turned it back on

Update: I can now connect to and stream to the Echo Link from within the Amazon Music app. I think the Link needed to do a software update, and has been working since then.

Buuuuuuutttt.... I still can't connect to it from within the Pandora app though. It's not showing up on my list of devices.

The Pandora App may only be able to show options for Chromecast which is why it doesn't show up. I don't think it has the expanded options that Spotify Connect or Amazon Music has.
