I've got 4 chromebooks. I think one of them will play Prime videos. Does anybody know how to fix this problem, using language and instructions that are easy to follow? Thanks!

Try this:
STEPS:
1- Go to Settings
2- Scroll down to Advanced
3- Under Privacy and security, select Site Settings (or Content Settings, they're the same thing but for some reason different computers have it under a different name).
4- Scroll down and select Protected Content (should be located down towards the bottom of the list)
5- Enable Allow sites to play protected content (recommended).

Thank you. I will try this when I gather the chromebooks together.
Are you using the android app or just through chrome? I've noticed that any chromebook that uses a laptop processor instead of a juiced up tablet/phone processor like MediaTek struggles with it.
