I'm trying to watch my Xfinity DVR shows on my Apple Watch (version 3) but it keeps giving me a sync error. Anyone seen this before? Know how to fix?

For some reason my TV has a blurry effect that I can't get rid of. Doesn't look natural. Don't have this issue on my watch.
