Anyone have a contact at AT&T to get a home line buried? We had a new fiber line installed at our new house 2+ months ago and we're still waiting for it to be buried. Getting tired of moving it constantly to mow, tripping on it, etc. The 800 number they provide for line burial never answers (have been on hold with them for over an hour multiple times without them ever answering).

I had similar situation recently. Had to setup a "repair appointment" and when the technician called, I told him the situation. He had to put in an "emergency" ticket to get it resolved within a few days.

Did your tech send you a text message after the install? Mine did and as soon as the the initial timeframe had passed I sent him a text.

He responded quickly, unfortunately he said the ticket to bury had been cancelled for some reason and created a new one.

They came out within 2 weeks and it's buried.
