I can't see the flash drive in Windows Explorer. It's like its not reading it.

However, I can see the device in "Disk Management".

Is there any method to pull files or data that may be on the drive? Is it corrupt possibly?

Any help is appreciated.

Have you tried it on another computer? I've seen bad drivers cause drives to not work.

Yes, I've tried it on another computer.

My wife took it to Walgreens to print some photos.

It froze on her. She took it to another kiosk and it didn't recognize anything.

Does the same thing on both computers as mentioned above.

Might have picked up a virus from the Walgreen's machine.

Try it on a Mac, or a Linux machine.

The partition map may be corrupt or filesystem also. There is commercial and open source file carving software will recover images and documents from raw and even corrupt disks. The NSA and others publish some and foremost was written by some air Force investigators and updated by navy grad student. Not user friendly but lots of use by forensics teams and free.
