I am wanting something to be able to view things from apps on my phone on my TV. But also want to view video on a website.
Being able to view from pc would be icing on the cake.

What is the best way to do this?

I do all that you are asking with Chromecast. Cheap and works well.

Get the one for $35 unless you have a 4k UHD TV.

Ok, I got the 35 one.

I have a series of videos that I am supposed to watch. I can't figure out how to get them on the TV.
(they don't have the cast symbol near them)
