Hey guys, I figured it would be better to go ahead and start an official Black Ops 4 thread. Here's some general info on the game for those who are unfamiliar with the game.

Multiplayer

• Classic multiplayer returns with 5 v 5 gameplay
• 14 maps on launch, Nuketown coming in November
• Slums, Summit, Firing Range, and Jungle remastered and included in base game
• No jetpacks
• Longer time to kill than most call of duty games

Blackout

• Brand new battle royale mode on largest COD map ever
• Solos, duos, and quads game modes available
• Supports 88-100 players at the moment
• Land, air, and sea vehicles available on the map
• Classic locations such as Raid, Firing Range, Nuketown, and Verruckt scattered around map
• Map will be updated throughout year

Zombies

• 4 Player Co-op mode
• 3 maps available in base game at launch (IX, Voyage of Despair, and Blood of the Dead)
• Blood of the Dead inspired by Mob of the Dead from Black ops 2
• Classified map included with Black Ops Pass

Black Market

• Black market has transitioned into more of a Fortnite Battle Pass setup
• Free gear unlockable by tiers, no purchase required
• Seasonal events throughout the year
• Some gear will be available for direct purchase later in the year similar to fortnite

and my favorite part is dying in blackout. well it must be since that is what i seem to do.

In. Liking this game so far. Double XP this weekend is nice. The dogs are OP and they need to fix the spawning but overall a smooth launch. Also the strike team perk or whatever it's called is wayyyyy overpowered. Those suckers are impossible to kill.

Today was lackluster for me on Blackout Quads. Zero kills in final six games. Actually had a full squad going late in last game. Then the three squad mates got in single file too deep in the circle and started shooting across the map. Wiped out by full squad behind us. #deardiary

Let's do this! Fun stuff so far!

I have played a few rounds of Blackout and it is a lot of fun. I have never played a Battle Royal game before so the new strategy is a huge adjustment. Certainly not a run and gun play style like the normal multiplayer.

Trill Aggie - Xbox

I checked my stats yesterday and not too good...almost absolutely brutal. I need to play Quads and Duos with Aggie peeps.

Also does anyone have the icon from BF1 TXAG clan? It was the ATM inside state of Texas - no bevel.

I'm on xbox or I'd be down. Senior design is really limiting my play time lately, unfortunately.

15 kill solo win today. Tried to play duos/quads but they're total lag fests still. Hope it gets fixed in the big update next week.

Yes the clan tag! Sorry I delve nto MaroonStainbonics at times.

I'm up to 6-7 squad wins now. Several of them I have clutched by myself.

But In solo I have gotten top 5 with over 5-6 kills probably about 10-15 times and can't finish. Quite frustrating. Often times I just get crappy luck on the final circle or I have good cover and have to push out into the open.

Sniping is incredibly fun in this game in blackout.

So I still can't get a win in solo, but I was playing random squads tonight. My whole team dies with about 40 people left . Final circles are on the beach areas. I have an auger and an ICR. I proceed to kill 6 people and win ha. I was pretty passive but that included two teams of two, and then two singles. Luckily one of the teams I killed before thI last circle had a nine bang. I nine banged the last guy and got height to shoot down on him.

It was epic and I just bragged cause it was awesome. The game is really fun. Multiplayer is boring, but black out is quite tense.

I am improving and my metrics are increasing but cannot finish. I got my 2ND win in Quad squad last night though.

This scheiisse is glitchy today. Auto reload after 3 rounds... Shot a rocket and hit player with no damage... Hit a player with a shotgun TWICE inside 20 feet...no damage...

They made an app for it that you can make a clan on and compete in weekly challenges. Someone make one and post it!

3 Quad wins in 3 days!

I fixed it. It should work now.

I wasn't a believer at first, but I finally got a gaming monitor for my Xbox and have notice a huge difference in my gameplay. Gun fights I normally wouldn't win while on my tv, I'm now winning more times than not. Goodbye input lag

It's life changing. TVs are way too slow.

Oh I'll definitely watch. The first one was hilarious. Definitely a bit but funny.

Quads on Xbox runs super smooth now. Clutched a 12 kill dub last night after the squad went down early.
