Where I live, I have horrible internet service but get 5 bars with Verizon. I have the unlimited plan but I am limited to 15gb of hotspot data before it's dropped to 600kbps speed. Is there a way to bypass this and be able to use unlimited 4GLTE data?

Root the phone so that you can disable the flag that gets set saying its hotspot data.
