Diagnosis Internet connectivity issue

Issue: My internet randomly drops. Sometimes only once or twice a day, sometimes repeatedly over a short period of time.

Equipment/Provider:
1. Xfinity
2. ARRIS SURFboard SB6141 Modem (owned)
3. Samsung Connect Home

Troubleshooting so far:
1. Replaced ethernet cable between Modem and Router
2. Talked to Comcast, they said they pinged the modem and don't see any loss
3. Replaced Samsung Connect Home (have multiple so just reset everything and setup one of the others as the primary hub)

Is there a way I can test my modem to see if that is the issue?
Can I trust Comcast when they say there is no noise on the line?

What should I do next???

Buy a replacement modem and test it. If the problem persists, return the modem.

99% of ISP issues are resolved by replacing your modem.

Log into your cable modem and look at the signal levels http://192.168.100.1 typically.

I'm pretty sure in the past when I was having issues, there was a guy on dslreports that worked for Xfinity and couple monitor the mac address of your cable modem remotely.

I have that same modem, not having problems but I get a notification from Comcast that my modem is no longer supported.

Looks like the issue is a T3 timeout and 39dB on the signal to noise ratio.

Guess I'm calling Comcast.

Any have any suggestions? I know Comcast will start by asking me to power cycle my modem
