Issue: My internet randomly drops. Sometimes only once or twice a day, sometimes repeatedly over a short period of time.
Equipment/Provider:
1. Xfinity
2. ARRIS SURFboard SB6141 Modem (owned)
3. Samsung Connect Home
Troubleshooting so far:
1. Replaced ethernet cable between Modem and Router
2. Talked to Comcast, they said they pinged the modem and don't see any loss
3. Replaced Samsung Connect Home (have multiple so just reset everything and setup one of the others as the primary hub)
Is there a way I can test my modem to see if that is the issue?
Can I trust Comcast when they say there is no noise on the line?
What should I do next???
