I'm trying to log in to my office PC, from my Microsoft Surface.

When Im connected to the Wifi in my office, works like a charm.

As soon as I'm on a different Wifi network, it wont log in.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Use Teamviewer.

You are behind the firewall in the office. Outside, not so much. You will need to VPN your surface into your office first, then try to connect it. That would be the easiest solution I think. You could also have your IT dept punch a hole in the firewall for your surface, but that is not something most IT depts like doing.

Thanks. I've actually tried doing that...but even with the changes to the Firewall, it's not allowing it.

Might just try a 3rd party like Teamviewer I guess.

I used to use LogMeIn, but they got pricey

Yeah I would suggest TeamViewer or Amazon Work Space
