I'm looking for a device that will take care of a new use case I've never come across. I have four tvs that will be fed from two sources. The tricky part is that I need to be able to change individual tvs between the two inputs and not all 4 tvs at the same time. So, reverse of everything I'm finding online.

A 2x4 HDMI switch but with individual outputs. Looks like you need whats called a matrix switch. Closest i found so far with a quick search. Its a 4x4 though.

That's exactly what I need. I was pretty certain before I asked that was what I wanted, but every one I came across required the same image on all four outputs.
