Did anyone ever host the Minecraft campus build in a way that was explorable by XB1 minecraft users?

I was one of the original hosts/developers... but I haven't been involved in a while. Isn't minecraft cross-platform play now? Not sure how it works though so don't know if the server can be shared between systems with all the mods that are installed. Hopefully those that took over see this and can respond.
