Hey y'all. Hoping someone might be able to help me out.

My cousin up on ID pulled out an old oil painting, painted by Will Ousley, west fork of calcasieu, there is a pencil writing on the back and we can't make out all the words. Wondering if anyone could throw this into photo shop and try some things to maybe pick up the writing better.
