I have 2 Pioneer receivers. One doesn't allow audio and the other doesn't show the video. Both are 5-7 years old. I could go buy another receiver and hook it up to see if it works, but it could be the HDMI cable, huh? The cable runs from the projector TV up into the ceiling and down the wall. What says The Nerdery?

Both Pioneer receivers were bad. I bought a Denon receiver, hooked it up and we're good to go. Thanks for the comments.
