My battery life has been terrific and fast charge

I run a lot of crap in background at all times Nest, work apps, etc

I agree with the battery life being terrific. I'm regularly still at around 60-70% battery left at 7pm at night. This with taking it off charger in the morning at around 7am. Also am on it constantly through day.

This is good to hear. Probably upgrading today.

Ive been on the soccer field (not good reception) all day this morning. Texting for work, phone calls, coaching app for roster changes, etc, etc.

My old phone would notmally be down to about 30% and I'm at 74%

Same here. I got the $99 package.

Guess I'm not upgrading afterall. False advertising from AT&T. Account told me I was eligible for an upgrade online after a trade in and then after I got through the wizard it said I wasn't but that I could get a new warranty.

Will turn about again. Turns out I was eligible. Website was just jacked.

Got mine last night. Currently posting with 44% charge left and was last on charger at 0430 this morning.

S6 would have been dead around 1500. Very pleased.

I just got notified that my gift shipped.

Mine says it's shipping early June. Did it April 25th.

So far the battery life on my S8 is amazing.

Little hesitant now tag people are saying how fragile the phone is. I always put a case on it, but have still had my wife Crack her s6 2 or 3 times in the last two years.

We did a side by side PQ comparison between my S8, a friends S7, and my wife's Apple 6s and it's not even close. The S8 is significantly better than the other two especially the 6s.

T mobile won't do the BOGO unless I carry a useless extra line for at least 2 months at 40 extra per month...can ditch for at&t because my corporate discount apparently no longer works with their unlimited plans, they are out of price position by 30 or 40 bucks versus Tmobile, and they won't let me do BOGO unless I switch from uverse to DirecTV...

Anyone else feeling screwed? I can't take advantage of my current carrier offer because I'm not a new customer and I can't leave because at&t is like a creepy girlfriend with the direcTV obsession.
