I am buying a new RV that I will be putting a TV in the bedroom. The best place for the TV is across the room from the best/only place to put a DVD player. What is the best way to connect them wirelessly preferably through hdmi? I have to buy both new so if there is a brand that connects without any extra devices, that would be cool too. Google is only showing me devices that cost $180 so I'm hoping for a better option.

You can get devices for around $140 (older models) if you want wireless. That's all there is too it. I use a set for one of my rooms and they work good. If you dont mind cables, (run on edge or room or through attic) you can run the video through ethernet.

Be sure to use Cat6 for best performance. You must run 2 wires for this set up, cant just use 1.
