I shoot photos frequently at 3 gun matches and take a few bursts for each competitor. This allows me to catch the brass in the air.AggieDruggist89 said:Your shutter gonna fall off!dubi said:

I just want mine to have as many clicks as yours before it dies.Guitarsoup said:
You guys don't want to know how many clicks are on my cameras.

Went to the State Fair 3 times in one week this year... that turned into over 10,000 frames of footage, which got condensed into 60 seconds of select footage for one absolutely silly instagram post. Between the 3 or 4 cameras I'm deploying for New Years Eve this year, I'm expecting 5,000 shots taken in an hour of field work.
Not saying that to compete with or one-up a pro in GS, just to encourage everyone to trust the durability of their gear. These things were built to do the work.

OH man... I have so many come backs...
I think it all depends on your style of photography. I shoot primarily sports and use my 70-200 90% of the time.AggieDruggist89 said:

Next year, I'll pick up a 10-24. I have never found myself wanting for a 50-60mm equivalent, ever.
I only have my 50mm f1.4 because of the helicopter photography I do, which sucks because the Sony 50mm f1.4 is hella 'spensiveAggieDruggist89 said:TexAgsAnon said:It's called feet. I like to use mine.AggieDruggist89 said:

You know, having grown up shooting 50mm, I always think it's a necessary focal length. But it's really not. I think great portrait FL starts from 85mm and most landscape FL are at a much wider range.
