I never really used grenades a lot, until I stacked perks that made them available a lot.

XUR is selling some helmet engrams, and if you don't already have a 310 helm, and you're above 300, they have a chance of being decoded as a 310 helmet.

since I hit 311 I haven't had a single exotic decrypt below 310, per my own experience and what I've heard on other forums I'm reasonable certain that at 311 it becomes 100%

DAMN. I had my Titan at 310(I could have moved some weapons to make him 311) but I needed a 310 helmet. Darkcell helm was at 300.

1/3 helmets rahool decrypted ended up being a 310.
