He was telling his players not to go to Vegas, etc. because it's easy to get in trouble and bad optics.
When he stays back from a team flight (after a loss to bring them to 0-4) and gets caught sticking his digit up some young blonde's backside in a club...yeah...that's not going to sit well with the guys.
