In our league, we have 9 teams. We decided that if the bye week team beats the average of all other teams, they get a W. Below average, a L. I researched and found this the best way to handle an odd number. At the time, I didn't realize it would be challenging to input this into ESPN. Does anyone know how I can give someone a W or a L? I can't find it anywhere.

I have never heard of bye weeks and honestly knowing how restrictive ESPN is, I doubt this is possible.

Sounds like you'll have to manually track this yourself, track true standings yourself, and then manually do playoff matchups, assuming that these Ws and Ls change the playoff seedings.
