Rodgers winning a Super Bowl this decade is probably what put him in...I could see the case being made for either of them. There is a legitimate argument for Russell Wilson too IMO.

He missed 29 games between 2012-2018 and didn't play in 2019.

Kelce has missed 1 game since 2014.

Gronk has 521 catches for 7,861 yards and 79 TDs in 115 games.

Kelce has 507 catches for 6,465 yards and 38 TDs in 96 games.

Gronk's TD's make him far and away the favorite, but Kelce catches more passes per game and they are less than 1 yard apart in yards per game. Kelce is clearly more durable.

Also Gronk had 4 1,00-yard seasons in his career. Kelce's had four straight, averaging 1,182 yards per season.

The touchdown gap is enormous, but Kelce stands up across the board everywhere else, and has played in 95 of 96 possible games since 2014,

Kelce 2 & 2

Gronk 4 first team

Wilson would have made it if Pete ran the damn ball from the goal line! That SB would have changed a lot.
