That can be said about a lot of head coached with very successful runs

Payton - Brees
Belichick - Brady
Carroll - Wilson

etc.

Not to say it is all the qb, but a HOF qb makes everyone look better.

Those wildcard games were all fantastic entertaining football!!

And you see that in every league, including many college games where the players know each other from high school or other events....

It's called good sportsmanship
That and the fact that these guys are friends. They play each other every year for 10-15 years. Hang around together in offseason. It's a fraternity.
