The Star has obtained a police report from the Overland Park Police Department about a battery incident that lists a juvenile as the victim. Hill's fiancee, Crystal Espinal, is listed under "others involved."

A source familiar with the situation said Hill's fiancee has been in contact with Overland Park police. The source said that the incident was against the couple's 3-year-old son, resulting in a broken arm.

As of Friday afternoon, Hill had not been charged with a crime.

Possible. Supposedly the tape was leaked by a friend of the wife (could just be a rumor). If that is true then it is likely no one (including the police) had heard it prior to the media leak.

I read that she had the tape as she put it 'As an insurance policy'.

The NFL's push for breast cancer awareness is just to distract you from their warts.

Of all of the cancers in the world, why did they pick breast? Its not the most prevalent or deadly cancer type. Why not support awareness of all cancers? Its just a ploy to generate support from the female audience.

It is the most prevalent, and as far as not being the most deadly, it ranks behind lung cancer, which is mostly preventable. Pancreatic cancer has a higher mortality rate and is >80% fatal. Breast cancer is incredibly common, and if somebody in your family hasn't had it yet, just wait 5 years.

It also is very frustrating for several reasons, perhaps the most of which is that there is no cure for Stage 4 cancer. The mortality rates are 80% within 5 years, and the only drugs available are the ones that were used to treat the earlier stages. It is extracting an enormous financial and physical toll, as the survivors have to live with some nasty drugs and physical impairments.

I personally think that Alzheimer's may be the only bigger health epidemic facing Americans, but I don't see the NFL itching to bring attention to neurodegenerative brain diseases any time soon...

Yeah I was just pointing out that the pink campaign doesn't really have anything to do domestic violence.

Trying to find a link but the story around KC is that he wasn't even in town when the broken arm occurred and the police showed up in March at his home.
