My takeaway from this SB is that the nfl kinda sucks.

IMO, this was one of the better SBs in many years. I love defense.

I thought the Super Bowl was great!

The Saints would have blown out both of these teams handily.

Except they didn't, because they weren't there.

Dude shoved 29 meat swords and one light saber down his gullet.

Brady's coming back

Already official. Not really news, but a reporter asked him and he confirmed.

it is funny...the Rams' geewhiz offense in the regular season...flops hard again in the postseason.

Goff and Gurley looked very, very average tonight. Perhaps even subpar

Goff sucked and gurley has to be more hurt then they were saying.

Gurley didn't get hardly any carries again. They will probably announce he's having surgery in a week or two.

Goff after Cupp went down - one of the worst QB in football stats wise.

Between that and how they handled Todd Gurley is just bizarre.

When the end comes, it'll just be Betty White, Keith Richards, Tom Brady and the cockroaches.

and another thing...Brandin Cooks shows again why bigger WR's are much, much more desired. He is a liability on 50/50 balls. And frankly any contested balls as shown last night

Definitely VERY strange how they handled Gurley. After the game he said he felt good and he was at a loss / no comment why he didn't get more touches. No reason to "hide" an injury post game and he looked very explosive in the game when he had room to run.

It reeks of the crap that use to go on with Sumlin. We obviously don't have all the info, but something doesn't feel right about it.

I have no issue if the McVay honeymoon comes crashing down.

still not buying it was just in the gameplan re: Gurley.

Reality is he misses weeks 16 & 17, has a bye, team picks up journeyman RB, plays good (but really just ok before a few late runs) vs. Dallas, sparingly vs. NO & NE.

Media reports him favoring his knee even though he was giving good effort in practice during multiple weeks in the playoffs. I wonder if there was some long term thinking from the front office/coaching staff to not risk too much injury but he wanted to give it a go, and there was the riff.

I think people are making more out of yesterday than there should be. Last night was flat out domination by the NE DL over the Rams OL. I do think Gurley has been hurt as well as trying to work himself back into condition in the first 2 playoff games, but as far as last night goes, his OL got its ass kicked all night. Pretty straight-forward. I think he would have gotten 20+ carries if they could actually block anything up and move the chains. They couldn't.
