I'd probably keep Hogan. Aside from just being a better "deal" due to ADP 9.5 vs. Diggs' 3.8, there are more, better options likely to be around in the 4th (Cooper, T.Y., Fitz, Juju) than there are in the 10th (Funchess, Fuller, Garcon, Watkins).
