Why shouldn't they protest injustice on the platform they have? It would be irresponsible if they felt they were subject to injustices and didn't use their platform to attempt to effect change.
Here's a simple question I doubt you'll answer: Are you allowed to disrespect a large segment of your company's customers while on company time?
