I am able to only hold over one player from last year and my best options are CJ Anderson in the 7th or Spencer Ware in the 10th. Ware seems like the better value but he can be a big bag of meh, not to mention has West taking a lot of playing time from him. I know CJ isn't lights out either but would he be the better option?

They are beginning to rave about Kareem Hunt in KC. Plus, Denver's OLine should be improved and CJ is definitely the starter. At this point, I think he is the safer pick.

Could also keep Kirk Cousins in the 13th but QB's are kinda dime a dozen. Great value but can always get another one fairly late. IMO far better to lock up a solid RB even if he isn't necessarily a stud

I Agree but neither of the guys you mentioned are "solid" RB's. Cousins has great value that late.
