Not sure about Switzer... Nursing a hammy still which sucks. I really want to see that guy and he needs to get going cause he's gonna be important for us.

Yea, we have two draft picks that haven't play at all this preseason really, in Lewis and Switzer. Hopefully they hit the ground running in the season. I think Switzer might get hurt more, cuz he needed to develop chemistry with Dak.

I would be happy with almost anyone else as the backup. Moore is undersized, has a weak arm, and is freaking left handed to top it all off. There has got to be someone else they could get, johnny or not.

One snap and Cooper Rush already made a better play than anything Moore did all night. And EZ sighting. Nice catch.

If they risk losing Rush by trying to sneak him to the practice squad while Moore makes the regular roster, I'm going out to punch someone.

Cowboys might keep three quarterbacks on roster. Only two will be active for each game, but they will all be protected.

What percentage of playbook does Rush know? If it's close enough, make him second string. He has more snap and upside.

I wouldn't be surprised to see him start the next game.

No argument from me. I want him as back up quarterback. But that will be why the Cowboys try to bury him on practice squad.

Teach him about 5 running plays.
Have him work with Witten to understand his 3 way go pattern.
Teach him a few other pass plays.

That's all he needs for now.
