I know it's not the optimal strategy according to the"experts" but I've always had the most success when I had a top-tier (like Rodgers, Brady, Brees, Luck) QB. So I'd go with one of those 4, and if none are available then I'd go with Zeke or Bell or David Johnson.

It helps but it's not a must. I absolutely dominated my league in 2014 with a very pedestrian Matt Ryan/Eli combo. And finished 5th last year with Big Ben and Cousins. It's what you put around them. First pick, I'd go Bell or David Johnson all day. Whoever you feel better about.

some of those QBs are available into the 3rd-4th round. don't spend 1.01 on a QB unless it's a superflex format

I've seen both Lynch and Gurley with ADP's between #18 and #21.

Maybe Lynch if I go WR 1st round and RB is picked over. Late 2nd at best.

Maybe in the late 3rd / early 4th. They're both too risky for the first 2 rounds.

no thanks. lynch didn't look very good last time he played and gurley was horrible LY. there are much safer options in that range.

that's what I was thinking. Lynch is going to very, very touchdown dependent.

and Gurley falls victim to being a good RB on a terrible team that is not going to score much. Rotoworld did some nice analysis a couple of years...warning about RB's on bad teams. Game flow kills them

i'm not convinced he's a good RB.

re-visiting this, looks like DJ or bell are the smart plays at #1. zeke looks way too risky right now.

Got to look into it a little more but David Johnson is such a freakin beast!

10 team, standard scoring. Keep 2, costs you where you picked them up. Waivers count as round 10.
