My question is why they made it 1-25 after the penalty. I thought it should've been 1-10 but the ball didn't move after both penalties were enforced?
The second penalty was a dead ball penalty.

Roughing the passer made it an automatic 1st down and was during the play.
Ajayi penalty was then a dead ball after the play.
They enforced the penalty against the Steelers. That made it 1st & 10. They then walked off the dead ball penalty against the Dolphins, making it 1st & 25.gtaggie_08 said:
