He's in his 5th season with the Rams and has never had a winning year (and I strongly doubt he breaks the curse by this January). I know he had a few nice seasons with the Titans, but in aggregate, he's a 0.515 coach who's made the playoffs in 5 seasons out of 21. How does this guy continue getting work?

The last time he finished above .500 was 2008. Last time he won a playoff game was 2003. I'd say he's overrated but I'm not sure anyone even thinks he's good any more. Well, except the guy signing the checks.

IMO yes, coaching in the NFL and not having to deal with recruiting has to be a lot better. He was a good NFL coach and I think he can win a Super Bowl at some point which, IMO, trumps a NC.
