Pay is good, typically $15-$25 per hour. Likely will have your own service vehicle with paid gas. It's not typical pest control where you have to do a bunch of different things, it's primarily just walking around yards spraying. All training and licensing is paid for. We're a fairly young company so there is upward mobility. We service primarily Hurst, Bedford, Euless, Grapevine, Southlake, Colleyville, North Richland Hills, Keller, Roanoke, Westlake, and Trophy Club.
Ideally this job is a stepping stone to bigger and better things. One of my past technicians is now an operations manager for one of my client's companies. I want to help my people network and grow and guide them on their paths to where ever they may go.
