Product is a 3 day wearable insulin patch that bridges the gap between MDI and an Insulin pump. ********Candidates must have existing relationships with Endocrinology offices in those territories. ********
Editing to emphasize this point. We are a smaller company and we need reps that are able to step in and have an immediate impact. Unfortunately this means we cannot consider or train candidates that don't have a Diabetes background.
-Candidates with Pharma only experience will generally start off as Territory Managers and comp at plan is around 175K
-Diabetes device reps can come in as a Sr. TM and comp is approx 205K at plan
-Last quarter 100% of the sales team hit goal so numbers are realistic. Top Sr. TMs make 225+
