Just some advice, you might want to specify what kind of experience you have and what job youre looking for. Energy is very vague: you could be an engineer, HR, IT, supply chain, operations, finance, landman etc. Most recruiters specialize in specific positions, so an IT recruiter wouldnt be able to help you out if youre an engineer.

Probably so. Just interesting to get calls regularly to replace my competitors. To the point I've asked the company, the job description and gave them the name of the guy in the role previously. Ag industry is pretty small.
