- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, ADP, QUICKBOOKS
- Knowledgeable about current tax codes and regulations
- Proficient with accounting software, with the ability to offer suggestions and improvements
- Excellent analytical and organization skills
- Minimum of 5 years practical experience with construction industry experience a plus
- Detail oriented individual
- Ability to provide management team with vital and accurate information
- As a key member of the management team the candidate must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers and management
- Prepare financial statements, forecasts and budgets
- Manage company cash flows
- Monitor financial reports with an eye for reducing costs and maximizing profits
- Manages all Receivables, Accounts Payable
- Maintaining accounting and internal control systems
- Key Liaison with commercial banking relationships
- Manages payroll and other HR responsibilities
