We are in the final stages of acquiring a data source to help transform our ability to deliver healthcare not just where it is most needed but also in a way that works best for patients. The Market Research Analyst (analyst) identifies opportunities for new and innovative healthcare delivery and helps the organization understand its current place in the healthcare market. The analyst consults with data consumers throughout the organization to understand their needs and recommend data solutions. They use Tableau to gain and share insight from historical and near real time patient utilization and demographic data. Strong analytical and communication skills intersect with industry knowledge to generate and translate findings into actionable, digestible information supportive of strategic decision-making.

Successful applicants will be:
Resourceful, locating and using information and tools from a variety of sources
Familiar with Health industry data. (Demographics/ geographic, Diagnostics/ DRGs, Claims, Provider types /Levels of care, )
Advanced in Tableau skills, including design/build of map vizzes
Have five to eight years market research experience with a healthcare setting background
