Hiring a maintenance supervisor, experience as a supervisor/lead or strong technical background is needed.
Strong emphasis on high quality (documents, SOPs), structure, and strong communication with manufacturing operation.
Some hands on will be necessary, wide variety of manufacturing equipment and HVAC.
