with every interview and interaction being virtual?

I have had 3 interviews already with VP's and above, and now am meeting another 4 on the ELT. Is the covid way to expect an offer with never meeting anyone in person?

Is this something I can request, a tour of the company etc, i am a little hesitant to jump in headfirst after a few Teams conversations.

Sure, you can request it. Especially for that high of a position.

We're back in the office and still doing interviews via teams. Honestly, it's easier and just as effective. Granted, these are for contributor and lower level management positions. Assume higher positions aren't doing the same
