Construction consulting firm in Houston is seeking personnel to fill an immediate Project Manager position to perform contract administration services for construction lenders and investors. Primary job responsibilities include performing regular construction site visits, reviewing construction pay applications, writing field observation reports and preparing plan and cost review deliverables.
This position is not related to the oil and gas industry nor are any of our clients in that field.
Requirements include:
4-year degree in Architecture or Construction Science and/or 2-5 years of field experience in either Architecture or Construction
Fully understand construction pay applications and familiarity with change orders, lien waivers, surveys, schedules, and testing reports
Ability to read construction documents and analyze project costs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to our clients
Compensation includes a base salary with performance-based bonus potential.
