StageCoach Equity in Houston, TX is looking for an operations manager. Open since 2017 we have quickly grown from 100 doors under management to almost 600 doors. Our company manages apartments and single family homes for other owners. Our sister company acquires apartment buildings in and around the Houston area.


We are looking for someone hoping to quickly level up with a rapidly growing company and achieve their personal and professional goals in the real estate space. Your professional goals should be to help the company become more efficient and through your efforts you plan on making 6 figures within 2 years.

Responsibilities:

• Automate routine tasks
• Create processes and systems needed, implement them, and ensure they are followed
• Oversee daily operations
• Understand that in a small company, you will wear many hats. You will be responsible for onboarding, training, billing, system design, management, etc

Qualifications:

• Must be local to Houston
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• CRM and computer proficiency
