financial analyses to help drive the business. The Accounting Manager/ Controller will establish
accounting policies & procedures, implement controls, assist in the ERP conversion, and develop
forecasting & reporting processes. It is a great opportunity for someone to develop the job, build the

the next level. Position reports directly to local management with dotted line to Corporate Controller/ CFO

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the general accounting function, including supervision of accounting team which
includes; Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Billing, Payroll, and Treasury.
- Manage entire close process including review of JE's, accruals, reserves, reconciliations, and
reporting of accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Proactively seek process improvement opportunities and implement changes.
- Drive the quarterly forecast and annual budget process
- Prepare cash forecasts to ensure proper cash management in accordance with company policies.
- Responsible for proper revenue recognition using percentage of completion methodology.
- Present complete and accurate reports to business leaders with follow up and corresponding
supporting detail according to specific deadlines.
- Prepare reports, analyses, and insights needed for management decision making.
- ERP system conversion experience a plus
- Ad hoc reporting and development of various analyses

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required, MBA/CPA/CFA a plus
- Public accounting experience; preferably with manufacturing, construction, or services clients
- Five to seven years of relevant accounting and financial experience, including two years of
progressive supervisory experience with ability to lead a growing team
- Experience with percentage of completion method
- Experience working within a divisional environment reporting to a US Headquarters, a plus
- Microsoft Office suite (advanced Excel proficiency required)
- System conversion experience a plus
