Company I work for was caught up in all the O&G + Coronavirus stuff and all devs (and pretty much the entire company) were laid off.

Looking for a landing spot. I'm in Dallas, but obviously am open to remote work as well. Tons of experience with modern JS frameworks (Ember, React, Vue) as well as many of the backend languages and their web frameworks (Ruby/Rails, Elixir/Phoenix & recently more Go with Echo). Before that, I did several years of .NET/C#.

Piggybacking here since I've landed myself in pretty much the same boat as my company laid off pretty much everyone today.

I'm pretty new to software engineering myself (1 year in following 15+ years of naval architecture & structural engineering) and have done mostly Linux systems programming type stuff in C / C++. Any leads in the Houston area (preferrably Spring / Tomball / Woodlands) would be appreciated.
