I've provisioned a new position on our team for a Salesforce Technical Lead (comparable would be Technical Architect if your coming from IBM, Accenture, etc.) based in Houston.
New position given growing solution footprint, building internal talent to supplement SIs. Position posted to LinkedIn.
Basic quals would be developer (ASP or JAVA background fine), 5+ (closer to 10 preferred) years in SF sales/service/community clouds, experience leading dev teams, undergrad in Comp Sci or similar strongly preferred.
