My company is hiring for a Customer Success Advocate in Plano. This person will be responsible for helping with on-boarding of software customers as well as managing software renewals. An ideal candidate will be very organized, have great attention to details, demonstrate excellent customer service, and is highly self-motivated. Proficiency in general tech/computer skills is also preferred.
