So I have a job offer with lyondellbasell, but Lubrizol wants to interview me, Lubrizol seems closer to my house and to the airport, does anybody have advice for,either

What do they like about Lubrizol (pay, benefits, work culture)

I co-opped at Lubrizol and have a number of friends there. I think pay is decent and benefits are pretty good. It's a small plant so you tend to know everyone from what I've gathered. Depending on what the role is specifically, your workload can vary a lot but that's to be expected in a plant environment. I would work for Lubrizol but don't have any basis for comparison to other chem companies really. Overall my LZ friends seem about equally satisfied as my CPChem friends and more satisfied than my friend at Ascend.

What are the positions?
